Job Description
Become a Sales & Marketing Staff (Japanese, open for freshers, ID15359) at a foreign-invested company and earn $900/month:
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers through regular meetings and communication.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Represent the company and its products in a professional manner to clients.
- Handle customer objections effectively to achieve successful sales outcomes.
- Coordinate with suppliers to track and ensure timely delivery of ongoing orders.
- Review and evaluate personal sales performance to meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Gain a thorough understanding of customers’ businesses and their specific requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely cost calculations, quotations, and proposals for customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues or complaints.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection.
- Develop and implement customer retention plans to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
Requirement
- Male / Female, Age: 24 – 40
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in technical or related industries / Open to fresh graduates with no experience
- Experience selling to manufacturing companies – handling made-to-order products based on customer drawings/specifications
- Proficient in Japanese and good command of English for meetings and reporting.
