Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales & Marketing Director ($1700, ID12987)
• Main objective, company strategy formulation, marketing strategy, and planning of distribution channels.
• Create market expansion strategies, customer development plans, and customer relationship management plans.
• Market and competitor analysis, as well as regular information updates to quickly respond.
• Offering guidance and counsel to the company's board of directors on how to improve and alter business practices and product and service quality.
• Supervising and training for sales team to ensure meeting assigned target.
• Having prompt action on marketing and sales plan to keep update with current situation. Preparing Sales Reports and annual Sales & Marketing Plan.
• Developing the awareness and reputation of company brand and products. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: under 45 years old.
- Bachelor degree of Marketing, Economics, Business Admnistration or Related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position for kids toys or FMCG Products
- Faird command of English for written form.
- Strong management skill.
- Solid knowledge in planning and strategy.
