Job Description

- Oversee and direct all sales operations.
- Achieve sales KPIs set by the company.
- Identify and develop target markets to expand business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and contracts according to drawings or client requirements, and handle contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams during project execution.
- Provide strategic advice to the Board of Directors/General Director on sales strategies and business development initiatives.
Requirement
- Male/Female, aged 30–45.
- Indonesian nationality
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Economics, other Engineering fields, International Trade, or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the steel structure/pre-engineered steel building industry.
- Language: Fluent in English.
