Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Steel/Building Material, $1700, ID13842)
- Plan and perform sales, developing business by providing outstanding service and quality.
- Manage sales teams and meeting sales objectives.
- Prepare estimate, quotation & proposal (with SSE support), information for bidding, get approval from Area Sale Manager
- Find new potential project, execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Constant investigate of competitors pricing plan to develop suitable stragegy.
- Sales training and technical products knowledge, to educate the sales teams.
- Review sales staff performance and maintaining accurate records.
- Together with service team to ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied.
- Create a timely sales report, update sales data when required.
Requirement
- Male, Age: 28-45
- Graduated from university majoring in Civil/Mechanical/Technical/Construction Engineering
- At least 3 years in similar position in PEB, steel structure, building material
- Good at English
