Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Steel, B2B, $1900, ID19819): 
  • Develop and execute sales plans that support the company’s goals and focus on targeted market segments.
  • Maintain and strengthen partnerships with key strategic clients to drive consistent and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to recommend suitable pricing strategies and effective sales approaches.
  • Explore and cultivate new business opportunities within the steel sector and the electronics supply chain industry
  • Plan, coordinate, oversee, and assess all sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales team, including two Sales Executives and four Sales Administration staff.
  • Work closely with the Production, Planning, and Quality Control departments to guarantee timely delivery and main
  • Report directly to the Korean Sales Manager while providing regular performance updates and analytical reports.
  • Evaluate sales performance indicators and project customer demand to support business planning.
  • Organize and manage the procurement of raw materials efficiently while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Apply ERP systems to enhance sales processes and improve the management and accuracy of operational data.
  • Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with key accounts.
  • Work with relevant departments to address and resolve customer complaints in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Take initiative in recommending solutions that enhance the customer experience while supporting the expansion of market share.
  • Leverage existing professional networks and customer relationships to expand market coverage and increase sales volume

Requirement

  • Gender: Male, under 45 years old
  • Graduated from university 
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the B2B steel or metal processing industry: cutting and shaping steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals for the electronic component supply chain. Of which, at least 5 years of experience is in a manager position.
  • Good at English.
