Job Description
- Create a sales action plan and annual business plan for leisure segmentation.
- By serving current accounts and establishing new ones, you can uphold and improve your relationships with clients and encourage business growth.
- Execute sales initiatives to achieve the monthly target targets. Review production and results frequently in order to suggest ways to boost sales performance.
- Research to create new products, services, and markets. Make suggestions for how to boost sales performance.
- Update market demand and competitor intelligence that impacts the hotel/resort's potential business.
- Participate in significant travel events, sales excursions, and promotional activities to boost hotel/resort sales as delegated by the director of sales and marketing.
- Give frequent feedback, suggestions for addressing threats, and advice on how to take advantage of opportunities.
Requirement
- Male/ Female, 30-45 years old
- Graduated from University in the major of Business Administration, Tourism, economy, trade,...
- Having at least 2-3 year-experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
- Good at English.
