Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager in the dynamic and fast-growing recycling industry:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and market share goals.
- Drive customer acquisition and market expansion in USA, Canada, and Mexico.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent after-sales service.
- Conduct sales data analysis and provide market insights to support business growth and expansion.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience and currently residing in the USA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign trade, specifically in export activities from Vietnam to the USA.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of rigid plastic packaging is a plus.
- Vietnamese proficiency is preferred.
