Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Open for Korean Expat, Salary Negotiate, ID16631)
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for accounts, identifying and targeting new customers and sales opportunities. Initiate action plans to attract and generate sales for the hotel.
- Execute marketing campaigns, coordinate events, conduct market research, and manage promotions and other marketing tasks.
- Build and maintain a database of key market segments. Track direct contact files and/or mailings.
- Organize annual mailings to customers in targeted markets to meet monthly goals (occupancy, average room rate, revenue).
- Utilize knowledge of market trends and customer demographics to maximize revenue.
- Support the company’s service and relationship strategy, enhancing customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service during every interaction while respecting cultural differences.
- Manage complex networks with high-potential accounts and significant customer expectations.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers to drive future bookings. Activities include sales calls, customer entertainment, etc.
- Maintain close collaboration with other departments to ensure productive departmental performance and adherence to budget targets.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Nationality: Korean
- Bachelor degree
- At least 3-year experiences at the same position in Hospitality or Service Industry
- Good command of English.
