Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Modern Trade, FMCG, $3000, ID 17212):
-
Develop and implement strategies to hit revenue targets in supermarkets and convenience stores, identifying growth opportunities and exploring franchise/partnerships.

Foster relationships with retail partners, negotiate contracts, secure shelf space, and lead promotional activities.
-
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet targets, while conducting performance evaluations.
-
Identify new sales opportunities, track competitors, and establish franchise partnerships.
-
Oversee logistics, monitor inventory, track sales performance, and report on stock checks and merchandising efforts.
-
Coordinate in-store promotions and ensure excellent customer service.
-
Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-efficient strategies to maintain profitability.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- 3-5 years of working experience in the same position with a proven track records in MT channel
- Experience in FMCG industry
- Good at English
