Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Machinery Equipment) (ID16827)
  • Overseeing and supervising the company’s import-export, sales, and distribution activities.
  • Developing and implementing business plans, ensuring the execution of the company's sales strategy.
  • Representing the company in negotiations and contracts with suppliers and customers, including handling price quotes, purchase agreements, and shipment progress.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues related to contracts, sales, and logistics.
  • Translating documents such as quotes, contracts, and technical product files for customer reference and reporting to the General Director and parent company.
  • Building and expanding the company's customer base, seeking new suppliers and partners, and applying Japanese business management practices.
  • Participating in recruitment, training, and guiding Vietnamese staff, as well as managing team performance.
  • Reporting sales department activities to the General Director and the parent company in Japan.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the General Director.

 

Requirement

  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within the industrial machinery, parts, and components sector in Japan; or at least 2 years of experience in a senior management role at the parent company, Koyama Co., Ltd.
  • Strong knowledge of the market for industrial parts, components, and machinery, as well as international trade in goods.
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese.
