Job Description
- Set up the Sales department, have a clear roadmap to develop the Sales department.
- Search and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.Develop and implement a business strategy to achieve the company's revenue and profit goals.
- Make annual, quarterly and monthly business plans, including specific goals and action plans.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly business reports for the Board of Directors.
- Analyze business results, provide recommendations and solutions for improvement.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 25-40 years old
- College degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of Sales Logistics, of which at least 2 years in a management position.
- Good English proficiency in 4 skills
