Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Hospitality, $2000, ID16928):
- Promote the hotel and the chain in the assigned region, managing a portfolio of key accounts and converting high-potential prospects into clients.
- Exceed budgeted room revenue targets by managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities, ensuring growth across various hotel services such as rooms, events, dining, spa, and more.
- Conduct 20+ physical sales calls per week, perform telesales, and attend meetings or networking events to build relationships and drive sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact, personalized proposals, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing marketing and revenue plans, manage pricing decisions, and ensure targets are met while keeping expenses under control.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, encourage teamwork, and provide ongoing training and development to improve performance.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing client feedback, managing VIP relationships, and creating memorable experiences.
- Maintain an up-to-date client database, submit daily sales reports, and track progress towards sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and attend networking or social events to represent the hotel and build industry connections.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Graduated with a degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experiences in hotel leisure sales, preferably international hotel
- Fluent in English and the national language, a 3rd language would be a plus
