Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Glove, $1300, ID14059)
- Develop business development strategy, sales policy.
- Make business plan, organize the implementation of the business plan and be directly responsible to the Board of Directors for the sales according to the set plan.
- Collect, analyze and evaluate market information to propose suitable and effective business plans.
- Building and developing customer system, seeking and developing relationships with customers and partners in the industry.
- Each month, each quarter, the Sales Director must organize a new business plan for the Company in accordance with the set plan.
- Give specific ideas, solutions and recommendations related to the promotion of business activities of the Company.
- Support to handle complaints related to business issues including price, product quality, etc.
- Recruiting and training professional and skills for sales department staff.
- Develop KPIs and assign monthly sales targets to each employee. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward proposals and handle personnel according to regulations.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for sales and customer care. Monitor and make improvement plans to optimize costs.
- Exchange and meet directly with partners, agree to sign cooperation contracts.
- Report sales to the Board of Directors and at annual meetings or upon request.
- Periodically evaluate the operation situation and propose plans to improve business performance.
- Report on business activities of the department within the scope of management to the Board of Directors when required.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 30 - 43
- University degree or above majoring in economics, management,...
- Minimum 5 years of experience at the same positions, experience in consumables, labor protection for factories
- Fluent English. Korean language is preferred
