Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding, 2500$, ID 19774):
  • Guide, coach, and inspire the sales team to accomplish both individual goals and overall team targets.
  • Deliver continuous coaching, training, and professional development programs to strengthen team capabilities and performance.
  • Support the recruitment, retention, and development of sales personnel to drive sustainable growth.
  • Cultivate a supportive and cooperative team culture that promotes innovation, creativity, and ongoing improvement.
  • Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet organizational objectives and revenue or volume goals.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and related activities using CRM systems or other tools, while providing accurate forecasts to key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies to uncover growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Partner with senior leaders across departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies for all products and services
  • Track and evaluate sales performance indicators, including KPIs, assigned quotas, and revenue goals.
  • Carry out periodic performance reviews and deliver constructive, actionable feedback to team members.
  • Proactively identify performance gaps and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and formulate strategies to grow and diversify the customer base.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving concerns effectively, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirement

  • Gender: Male/Female; under 45 years old.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a sales manager in the freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Leadership skills.
