Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Construction Machinery, $2300, ID14818)
- Manage Road Roller sales team, make and develop sales plan.
- Take initiative to co-ordinate Activity Plan and secure manufacturers support as appropriate.
- Manage in solving all issues relating to territory.
- Maintain and enhance the CRM system to improved reporting and measurement of customer coverage and lost sales information.
- Seek out new sales and rental opportunities.
- Monitor the causes of customer dissatisfaction to improve our sales activities.
- Control machine order recommendation.
- To monitor the allocation of stock and carry out monthly stock checks.
- Provide Market Information, Market Analysis to Sales & Marketing Director weekly.
- Develop, control and measure product innovation, promotional activity, price structures, route to markets and market diversification.
- Implement departmental procedures to ensure efficient internal communication and effective external communication.
Requirement
- Male, under 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- From 4-5 years of working experience as the same position in Road Machinery / Construction Machinery business
- Good at English
- Leadership skill
