- Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Technical Sales activities for the company’s core products within the relevant industries in Vietnam.
- Take charge of leading the CIP Segment Sales Team.
- Build sales strategies and implement action plans to drive sustainable business growth.
- Perform market analysis and gather industry insights to develop effective business strategies.
- Proactively acquire new customers to strengthen market presence and reach sales goals
- Supervise and manage the CIP Sales Team to ensure proper customer follow-up and timely reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, compliance, and support for key business objectives.
- Ensure proper customer selection and monitor timely payment collection.
- Carry out other business-related tasks as assigned or directed by Management.
Requirement
- Male, 35-45 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales of chemical raw materials products for Costing, Ink, and Plastic.
- At least 02 years as a Sales Manager
- Fluent in English.
