Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty vốn nước ngoài hiện đang tìm kiếm vị trí Quản Lý Kinh Doanh (Thời Trang, 1000 USD, ID 19426)
- Quản lý và báo cáo về hiệu quả kinh doanh, chi phí và mức tồn kho.
- Xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình khuyến mãi nhằm tăng doanh thu và nâng cao nhận diện thương hiệu.
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo, sắp xếp lịch làm việc và giám sát nhân viên để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ cao và hiệu quả vận hành.
- Phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh và đề xuất các chiến lược cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất hoạt động.
- Tham gia tích cực vào việc quản lý các dự án mới và lĩnh vực kinh doanh mới của công ty.
- Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Tổng Giám đốc người Nhật về mọi vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động của cửa hàng — từ công việc hàng ngày đến các vấn đề kinh doanh quan trọng.
- Chuẩn bị các báo cáo định kỳ về doanh số, chi phí, nhân sự, hoạt động khách hàng và hiệu quả kinh doanh tổng thể cho các phòng ban liên quan.
- Thực hiện các tiêu chuẩn QSC (Chất lượng, Dịch vụ, Vệ sinh) theo đúng chính sách của công ty
- Lập kế hoạch chi tiết như chiến dịch marketing, đề xuất khuyến mãi, chiến lược tăng trưởng doanh số và các sáng kiến khác liên quan đến cửa hàng.
- Hỗ trợ các thành viên khác trong nhóm khi cần thiết.
Requirement
- Ưu tiên Nữ dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý cửa hàng bán lẻ, ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực thời trang hoặc các thương hiệu cao cấp.
- Có khả năng tư vấn khách hàng về thời trang và túi xách hàng hiệu.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật
