Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (B2B, Automotive, $1600,  ID15377):
  • Develop sales plans and strategies, including sales quotas and forecasts, to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and grow the sales team to meet targets and enhance sales productivity.
  • Monitor and improve sales processes, as well as experiment with new methods to enhance execution.
  • Plan and oversee internal sales team policies, incentive structures, workflows, and guidelines for revenue growth and team development.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and services.
  • Manage the Sales Department and Customer Service to deliver the best service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors and other departments to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Recruit, evaluate, train, and mentor employees.
  • Oversee contract implementation, debt management, and after-sales services.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, under 45 years old
  • Bachelor' Degree or higher
  • 5 years of working in Automotive industry: Battery, Lubricants or others industrial product
  • Proficient in English 
  • Strong teamwork, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
