Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Hotel, Negotiation, ID-16824):
- Implement business plans, establish, and organize the sales team to execute business goals and meet the department's targets.
- Supervise the achievement of business objectives to make timely adjustments, proposing measures to manage sales activities in alignment with the hotel's direction.
- Seek out, survey, and identify potential customers; communicate with and maintain relationships with current loyal customers.
- Prepare reports on the operational status of the area in charge, making periodic or ad-hoc recommendations to senior management.
- Represent the hotel in various activities and events.
- Collect market information and track market trends of competitors.
- Develop and maintain a consistent standard image of the hotel.
- Establish close relationships with customers and target clients.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female
- Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Tourism, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Preference for candidates with experience in a similar or higher position at 4-5 star hotels.
- Certificates in Management, Administration, or Hotel Management.
- Proficient in English.
