Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager ($2900, ID13005)
- Contribute to and take part in the management of the Company's overall strategy direction for its particular industrial segment.
- Organize strategic objectives into projects and tasks to convert sales strategy into a national sales strategy.
- Ensure that the defined industries segment's sales strategy is implemented effectively.
- Create a local pricing strategy and procedures to guarantee that the predetermined sales targets are attained.
- Increase responsibility's visibility on the market consistently (market share)
- Establish, put into place, and oversee sales channels, procedures, and policies to ensure the accomplishment of predetermined goals.
- In charge of managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; visit top clients when they need expensive quotes or have complaints.
- Take charge of acquiring, monitoring, and negotiating special prices with key clients/accounts
- Recognize and assess market trends and competitor activity, then take the appropriate action for the targeted industry segments.
- Create a creative sales and marketing strategy that supports the company's objective.
- Arrange and carry out product or business seminars, presentations, or training sessions for specific clients.
- Create a plan and make recommendations for particular products to stock.
- Create sales predictions and compare actual sales to those in order to discover problem areas and modify operations.
- Provide sales staff with technical training on organization, product, and service aspects.
- Putting processes and systems in place to retain talented staff members; employee recruiting; training and development
Requirement
- Male; Age: 33-50 years old
- Graduated from University major in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical engineering or related majors.
- Have 7 years of sales experience in industrial, with 2 years in Sales Manager position
- Must have experiences in Business Development, Key Account Management
- Experienced in components, machinery, automation in manufacturing plants
- Good command of English
