Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Leader (Measuring Equipment, $1400++, ID 17058):
- Maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Guide the team in key account management to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing campaigns and participate in sales visits to strengthen customer relationships.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and the team.
- Support the sales process, communicate regulatory requirements, and assist in customer interactions.
- Lead negotiations and support field events.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and demonstrate value through cost reductions and productivity improvements.
- Monitor CRM records of customer interactions.
- Oversee recruitment and performance management of the team to boost sales.
- Encourage market knowledge development for better product performance and business growth.
- Motivated team focused on meeting sales and performance goals.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-40 years old.
- Degree in any discipline preferably Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic or related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a technical sales and 2 years of experience in team management
- solid understanding of business operations in the Food & Beverage, Chemical, Pharma, and Automation industries.
- Good at English
