Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Sales Leader/Supervisor (Logistics, $1400, ID 20069):
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve overall business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in key trade lanes such as the USA, Canada, and China.
- Handle key accounts directly and support team members in closing complex or high-value deals.
- Analyze market trends and freight rates to provide effective pricing strategies.
- Track team performance, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure consistent growth.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in sea freight sales and 2 years in a sales management role within the logistics industry.
- Strong experience in handling US and Canada markets
- Fluent in English
