Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Leader (Building Material, $800++, ID19611)
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the distribution channel
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Recruit, develop, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and wholesalers
- Expand distribution coverage and increase market share in assigned regions
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing policies, promotions, and payment terms with distributors
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to ensure healthy channel operations
- Collect market and competitor information and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Handle key customer accounts and resolve major sales or channel-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and channel management regulations
Requirement
- Male / Female, Under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Leader or Sales Supervisor in the building materials industry, preferably in galvanized steel sheets, roofing sheets, or doors.
- Proven experience working with distribution channels, especially managing and developing distributors
