Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Executives(2000$, Open for Chinese/Taiwanese Expats, ID17390)

1. OP. Business Operations

  • Monitor and summarize the results of implementing the business plan.

  • Create and track weekly sales plans for customers and new projects.

  • Analyze customer data and schedule meetings, introduce company information, and business functions.

  • Develop annual activity plans related to the area of responsibility.

  • Provide data on the monthly business operation results for the area in charge (MR).

2. SL. Sales

  • Research the market and report relevant results.

  • Analyze data and provide information to the department head in identifying strategic policies.

  • Summarize market information as required by the department head.

  • Participate in planning communication (Advertising & PR).

  • Update relevant information on the website under the approval of the department head.

  • Approach customers to receive bidding requests.

  • Summarize project, customer information, evaluate, and submit for approval.

  • Contact customers to collect bidding documents.

  • Provide information and execute tasks related to the bidding documents.

  • Collect information from departments to compile complete bidding documents as required.

  • Act as the point of contact for information related to bidding and contracts with customers.

  • Participate in gathering necessary documents and preparing complete bidding documents as required.

  • Customer care.

  • Provide customer-related data.

  • Participate in giving gifts to customers according to company regulations.

  • Summarize customer feedback and complaints.

  • Receive customer feedback and complaints, transfer to responsible departments, track, and respond to customers.

3. PM. Project Implementation

  • Summarize and transfer commercial terms, customer requirements, etc., to the project implementation department (B/E handover).

  • Propose and set project goals for the area of responsibility.

  • Summarize project information for the area of responsibility and provide it to the department head before the post-project evaluation meeting.

  • Record sales improvements.

4. CS. After-Sales Service

  • Receive customer complaints and feedback directly through the area of responsibility.

  • Communicate information on handling complaints, feedback (bidding documents) after approval by the department head.

  • Propose improvements (if any).

5. PU. Supply of materials, equipment, and services

  • Receive services provided to end-users.

6. AZ. Safety and Environment Management / QC. Quality Control

  • Propose corrective and improvement measures based on inspection and evaluation results of the department.

  • Report the results of corrective and improvement actions.

7. HR. Human Resources Management

  • Inform the department head of any issues related to salary, bonuses, and benefits if there are discrepancies.

  • Conduct self-evaluation of KPIs and provide related evaluation data.

  • Cooperate with the department head to check evaluation results.

  • Contribute ideas to the development of corporate culture.

8. AD. Administrative Services

  • Collect documents and provide information for the area of responsibility.

  • Maintain external relations with management agencies for the area of responsibility.

9. IT. Information Systems Management and Internal Communication

  • Receive information, propose suggestions on information usage principles of the department.

  • Summarize and provide information for the area of responsibility.

10. Legal

  • Update, disseminate, and control the implementation of legal documents related to the area of responsibility.

  • Provide legal advice on issues related to the area of responsibility.

Requirement

  • Open for Chinese/ Taiwanese
  • Strong skills in sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication.
  • Experience in sales
  • Willingness to travel for business trips and attend customer/partner welcome events
