Job Description
2200USD+++/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Sales Director (Packaging, ID 15872) for a Vietnamese company.
- Provide insights and suggestions for the company's strategic planning and business development.
- Develop and execute business plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for both domestic and international markets.
- Oversee the sales team, delegate tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance, and offer support.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers and partners to grow the customer base.
- Oversee the management of finished goods inventory, as well as the shipping and receiving processes.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Director.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Department in the recruitment and training of new employees.
Requirement
- Male/Female: 35 - 45 years old
- Graduated from university or higher, majoring in business administration and international business
- Understanding of policies and business laws for the plastic industry
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Can communicate in English
- Knowledge about B2B channel business management of plastic packaging products.
