Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $2,800/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Sales Director (Interior Materials, ID 17801) for a foreign-invested Company:
- Oversee and manage all business operations across Vietnam, including retail, project-based sales, distributor and dealer channels, as well as all sales offices, departments, warehouses, and sales teams.
- Develop and execute business strategies, objectives, and plans aligned with the company’s overall strategic direction.
- Create and implement specific business plans for each sales team, office, and individual salesperson to ensure achievement of assigned goals.
- Build and lead high-performing sales teams by recruiting, training, and managing performance to drive excellence and results.
- Conduct market research and analyze real estate project data to identify opportunities to integrate interior materials (Laminate, CERARL, Acrylic, Compact, etc.) into technical drawings, specifications, bidding documents, mock-up rooms, and other phases of civil and industrial construction projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors, major interior contractors, and renowned architects.
- Develop and nurture close partnerships with design consultancies and interior design associations.
- Identify new projects and support the sales team in approaching these projects through investors, consulting firms, project management boards, general contractors, and interior contractors to include the company’s products in project specifications and facilitate sales execution.
- Organize and deliver in-depth seminars and presentations to introduce products and solutions at design firms, investor offices, and interior contractor companies.
- Ensure all business activities fully comply with local laws, regulations, and internal company policies and procedures.
- Identify, evaluate, and participate in negotiations to appoint new distributors and sales agents across various provinces and regions in Vietnam.
Requirement
- Males, 40-50 years old
- University degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Construction, or Architecture/Design.
- Over 10 years of experience in the building materials industry, including holding the position of Director in the engineered wood industry.
- Fluent in English
