Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Sales Director (Hotel, Negotiate, ID16704):
- Increase market recognition of the destination, brand, and both assets.
- To meet top-line revenue goals, create and implement sales strategies.
- Offer sales associates direction and business support.
- Support the hiring and onboarding of new sales staff.
- To optimize business returns, strengthen current business ties.
- Make an effort to find new business prospects and build possible business relationships.
- Plan branding initiatives and market activations both domestically and internationally.
- Take charge of sales while the DOSM is not present.
Requirement
- Male; Ages: under 45 years old
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent education background in any major.
- 05 years experience as a Director of Sales or Head of Sales at an international 5-star property.
- Excellent communication skills in English
