Job Description
Our client is a local company, now looking for a Export Sales Director (Building Materials, 1500++ USD, ID14573)
- Responsible for managing international sales operations.
- Ensure sales KPIs are met as per the company's requirements.
- Develop international markets; conduct business and export sales of steel structures (Americas, Europe, Asia, etc.).
- Develop the export sales team, supervise, and manage the sales activities across different countries.
- Implement quotes/contracts based on customer drawings or requirements, and negotiate contract terms.
- Collaborate with partners and internal departments to implement projects.
- Advise the Board of Directors and CEO on company activities, especially in the areas under their responsibility.
Requirement
- Male, aged 30-45 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Economics, or related technical fields.
- Experience in international sales in international markets such as North America, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Japan.
- At least 3 years of experience in international sales management within the infrastructure construction sector or with companies specializing in construction design or contracting. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in steel structures or pre-engineered buildings.
- Proficient in English.
