Job Description
Our client is a large company, now looking for a Sales Director ($5000, ID13915)
- Responsible for sales growth; achieve sales goals.Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with existing customers.
- In charge of identifying new opportunities, markets, partnerships, in Vietnam, and collaborate with local sales.
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, compliance with company sales policies and strategies & KPI.
- Direct collaborations or business alliances in Vietnam to develop new services, markets, and key account.
- Define business and market trends, as well as goal opportunities.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, customers, and strategic partners.
- Provide data of sales and communicate/cooperate with other departments’ managers for reporting requirement to BOD.
- Work with other departments to solve any arising problems.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirement
- Male, Age: 35-45 years old
- Graduated from university majoring in Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position (company's size:>1000 employees) in Plastic production, Technology, Real estate, Building materials, Chemicals, Paint field
- Strong experience in managing B2B channel, human resources management
- Fluent at English
