Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Development Manager (Apparel/Footwear, $4000, ID16810)
  • Identify, assess, develop, and manage both short- and long-term business opportunities, leveraging Avery Dennison’s product portfolio.
  • Align solution selling strategy across key retail brands, driving new revenue opportunities in untapped and growth accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer-specific solution landscapes, including competitors, growth areas, and market influences.
  • Manage the training and support calendar for both account and internal sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Content Manager on presentation and training needs.
  • Partner with the Account Management team to prioritize high-visibility and cross-market programs.
  • Align with Commercial Sales on the account pipeline and support execution and sales results for the specified region.
  • Communicate key value propositions and differentiators within the solutions portfolio to customers.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop market-right products, support materials, and pricing recommendations.
  • Identify unmet customer needs and present compelling solutions.
  • Qualify programs, build and maintain a rolling pipeline, and present ROI business case analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends by attending trade shows and events, and monitoring market insights and global branding trends.
  • Generate new ideas, product applications, and solutions for development teams.
  • Explore complementary technologies as part of thought leadership.
  • Develop long-term business opportunities.

Requirement

  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Electronics, Mechanic & Business, or similar experience, preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, product development or strategy preferred
  • Knowledge of Apparel/ Footwear industry
  • Have a solid understanding of finance and ROI analysis
