Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Assistant Manager (Training Courses, $1400++, ID17014):
- Responsible for promoting Academy services (ISO training course and ISO certification)
- Managing sales and marketing, building client relationships, creating business plans.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams.
- Mentor and enhance the sales team’s skills and performance.
- Handling accounts, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Marketing, develop pricing strategies, respond to inquiries, and monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and trainer qualification standards.
- Review and develop pricing strategies for product offerings
Requirement
- Male, under 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree or higher, major in Business/ Marketing, Education, Human Resources or relevant field
- 3-5 years of sales experience in selling training courses (ISO/Soft skill) for B2B customer
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work under high pressure and manage full cycle of sales
