Job Description
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with current customers while establishing connections with potential Japanese companies to expand the customer base.
- Develop marketing budgets and formulate strategies to meet revenue targets set by management.
- Assess and implement necessary adjustments to product prices or promotional methods to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Collaborate with the Procurement department to optimize buffer stock levels for each product and customer.
- Monitor order fulfillment and provide forecast information to Procurement to enhance production efficiency.
- Analyze and provide guidance on product development directions to align with customer and market demands.
- Conduct regular surveys to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with relevant departments to drive improvements.
- Generate regular reports on Sales & Marketing activities and outcomes on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Act as a representative and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of the Company to establish mutually beneficial and sustainable business relationships with customers.
- Assist in the seamless execution of ISO programs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by top management as needed.
Requirement
- Male. Age: Over 50 years old
- University graduate or higher
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English and Japanese
