Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and keep track of sales and marketing contracts
- Support Sales team to prepare proposals, tenders, contracts…
- Manage inventory of sales brochures, catalogue, merchandise...
- Prepare presentation slides for internal meeting
- Support Legal team about controlling internal security, prepare documents
- Translate all documents as request
- Other tasks from supervisor.
Requirement
Requirement:
- Good in English
- Having 1-2 year experience in Sales admin role and tender preparation
- Having time management skill, Microsoft Office skill, Teamwork and Organizational skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks
- Good at designing is a plus
- Having IT background is a plus
