Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Admin (Temporary Contract, 600 USD, ID16706):
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and other requests;
- Provide quotations and proposals to customers;
- Develop and manage materials order planning and production scheduling;
- Coordinate with the Import/Export Department and Production Department to align materials order planning, product delivery schedules, and production planning;
- Prepare monthly and annual sales reports;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: 22-30
- Graduated from from University with major in Economics
- Having 1-2 years of experience related to sales coordination, customer service, production planning.
- Open Fresher.
- Good at English
