Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company currently looking for a Sales Admin Staff (English & Chinese, $800, ID19639):
- Handle customer processes: quotation, purchase orders, logistics and payment documents
- Support sales team with customer inquiries and product information
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up new prospects via email/phone
- Grow business with existing customers and secure orders through quotation follow-up
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve customer requests
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirement
- Female, 25–35 years old
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or sales support (factory automation/electrical devices preferred)
- Fluent Chinese & good English
- Experience in MRP/SAP systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; customer-oriented
- Proactive, independent, good team player
