Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Admin (Machine part, Temporary Contract, 500 USD, ID17837):
- Calculate and prepare monthly order plans to send to both domestic and international suppliers (using Iplanner software).
- Monitor goods arrival schedules, inspect and input goods into the system upon warehouse arrival.
- Submit monthly KPI reports, prepare spare parts quotations, and manage inventory tracking.
- Manage old inventory, propose cancellations, and prepare reports on defective or outdated items.
- Support warehouse reorganization, conduct annual inventory checks, categorize spare parts by quarter, and process warehouse-related data.
- Verify spare part names, materials, and functions to ensure accuracy in inventory records and reports.
Requirement
- Female, under 30 years old.
- University degree in relevant fields (Economics, Business Administration, Import-Export, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Admin.
- Experienced in using business management software.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
