Job Description
Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for the management of sales and relationships with particular customers.
- Assisting sales Manager in organizing, planning and implementing sales strategy, human resources of sales department. Contributing in hiring and training sales members. Plan and organize work of sales members
- Buil up and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
- Manage the relationship with the clients of the accounts they are assigned to and serve as the interface between the customer service and the sales team in a company.
- Assistant Sales Manager must understand the customers’ demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company sales target
- Identify new sales for up-selling and cross-selling
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients. To have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated.
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on related aspects.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Establish budgets with the client and company
- Other tasks assigned by Management

Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- At least 5-year experience on the equivalent position
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
- Candidates who used to work as sale for garment, textile manufacturing is preferable
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to work autonomously and independently with business mindset
- Good at English
- At least 5-year experience on the equivalent position
