Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Reservations Manager (Hospitality, Negotiable, ID17072):
- Ensure the team is well-versed in hotel products, including rooms, rates, facilities, and promotions.
- Stay updated on the hotel’s sales strategy, rates, and booking status.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, ensuring requests are met and reservations are honored.
- Collaborate with Operations, Front Office, and Accounts to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure the Reservations team adheres to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provides regular training.
- Manage reservations, changes, cancellations, and follow-up to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Safeguard against booking errors and ensure data privacy and security.
- Handle no-shows, cancellations, and penalty charges per hotel policy.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in English, especially in communication
