Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Risk Control Specialist (Manufacturing, $700, ID21221)
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), customer credit limits, and overdue payments.
  • Prepare and submit customer credit insurance applications to Atradius.
  • Control inventory accuracy, stock levels, and aging inventory through ERP systems.
  • Manage returned goods, scrap materials, and secondary inventory records.
  • Process inventory-related approvals in the Knox system and update ERP data.
  • Coordinate insurance claims with logistics providers, inspection agencies, and insurers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on AR, credit limits, inventory status, returned goods, and risk-related indicators.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting in ERP and ERMS systems.

Requirement

  • Male/Female. Under 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Import-Export, or related fields.
  • Good English communication skills 
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) control, Inventory Control, Credit Control, or Risk Management.
  • Experience in the steel trading, steel processing, manufacturing, or heavy industry sectors is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable, credit limit management, and inventory control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
