Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Retail Sales Manager (5000USD, ID12931)

Develop up and put into action sales strategies
Establish pricing, return, and receivable strategies in collaboration with finance.
Minimize credit risk and ensure timely payment of receivables
Oversee the bidding process in order to secure the project.
Maintain a positive working relationship with subcontractors
Organize a promotional event and materials to boost sales.
Manage product design to ensure product appeal.
Maintain consistency in product communication
Handle customer complaints and turn them into opportunities.
Keep track of inventory forecasts and keep dead stock to a minimum.
Coordinate with regional PM on product complaints and marketing surveys.
Ensure product availability in the market by managing distribution.
Oversee product merchandising plans
Maintain positive relationships with distributors and PPCs.
Maintain the customer database system and competitor intelligence information.
Organize product training sessions for distributors, PPCs, and customers.

Male/Female; Age: 35 - 45 years old
University degree in related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position in Retail business especial in Paint/Coating industry
Good at English
Problem solving and analytical skill
Leadership skill
