Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for Restaurant Manager (Negotiable, ID17126):
- Foster team spirit and maintain good relationships with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as required by management.
- Propose improvements to enhance hotel operations.
- Understand safety regulations, fire safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a professional image, including attire and communication.
- Communicate professionally, especially when representing the hotel.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as directed by management.
- Act with integrity, ensuring all activities comply with ethical and legal standards.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and improve service.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- University degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good proficiency in English
