Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Area Sales Manager (FMCG, $1300, ID16801)
- Manage and develop retail customers within the assigned area to achieve sales targets, coverage, and market share goals.
- Train and support the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Build and maintain an efficient distribution system to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with distributors to manage and grow their business.
- Monitor and manage sales assets and equipment to ensure optimal use.
- Implement sales strategies and track progress towards set objectives.
- Ensure the team meets company standards and KPIs for sales performance and coverage.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Graduating from college or higher, priority in Business Administration, Economics and Marketing.
At least 03 years of working experience as relevant position, highly prefer in FMCG, F&B industry - Good at English
- Have knowledge about FMCG industry; Dairy product & dairy industry
