Job Description
1. Procurement Risk Management and Compliance Oversight
-
Implement and maintain robust control mechanisms to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance in the regional bidding and procurement process (covering Southeast Asia).

Conduct regular audits and in-depth reviews of bidding outcomes to identify and address potential risks such as sanctions violations, fraud, or collusive bidding.

Ensure full compliance with global and regional procurement policies as well as local regulatory requirements throughout the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
2. Procurement Process Development and Standardization

Design, standardize, and update procurement training materials, manuals, and guidelines tailored to the Southeast Asia region.

Partner with local procurement teams to organize and deliver training programs covering best practices, system utilization, and compliance standards.

Support continuous improvement by promoting knowledge sharing and operational excellence across regional teams.
3. Cost Efficiency and Procurement Performance Tracking

Track, analyze, and report on regional cost-saving initiatives and procurement efficiency improvements.

Evaluate key spend categories and supplier performance to identify further cost reduction and process optimization opportunities.

Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management, highlighting savings achievements, compliance status, and key operational metrics.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female; under 35 years old
- University degree in related major
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Pricing within a directly related industry.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling) with the ability to manage large data sets and develop detailed analytical reports.
- Language: Strong command of business English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate across the Southeast Asia region.
