Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Recruitment Team Leader (Negotiate, ID13968)
- Establishing goals, organizing, and carrying out recruitment activities in accordance with the common target;

- Working together to examine and screen prospects with partners and relevant parties
- Branding for recruitment
- Developing and organizing the recruitment team's branding initiatives
- Updating data and creating material for internal websites, fan pages, and email recruitment channels
- Increasing the number of recruitment channels, working with educational institutions and job placement services to promote the recruitment brand, and actively developing new recruitment techniques.
- Create recruitment teams, Supervising and developing the recruitment team's personnel
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female;
- Age: 30-35 years old;
- Graduate from university, majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or another related major;
- Having 3 - 5 years of experience in the same position;
- Fluent in English.
