Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Raw Material Warehouse Manager (Garment, $950, ID 21367)
- Manage employees' attendance and access records through the company system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Supervise and monitor warehouse operators and production staff in issuing materials to production lines; promptly resolve operational issues to ensure uninterrupted production and compliance with established procedures.
- Organize and lead weekly meetings with team members to review daily operational status, material availability, and production-related issues, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with the Production Manager and relevant departments to monitor material availability and ensure timely supply to support production plans.
- Support cross-functional coordination among internal departments and contract manufacturing (CM) partners to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Arrange manpower and coordinate troubleshooting activities for production lines experiencing operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing production downtime.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in a garment manufacturing company.
- Hands-on experience managing warehouses for products such as down jackets, padded jackets, outdoor apparel, knitted pants, or children's garments is highly preferred.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems, with SAP experience preferred.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international manufacturing environment.
