Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a R&D Supervisor (Ink, $950, ID19550)
- Lead and execute the development of new ink formulations.
- Enhance the properties of existing ink products.
- Design cost-efficient formulations while ensuring compliance with performance standards and safety regulations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and printing defects.
- Conduct root cause analysis using laboratory tools and methodologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Sales, Quality Control, and Production teams.
- Evaluate new raw materials such as resins, solvents, additives, and pigments.
- Maintain and manage technical documentation including TDS, MSDS, and COA.
- Supervise R&D chemists, laboratory technicians, and interns.
- Assign tasks, review outcomes, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Uphold laboratory safety standards and proper chemical handling procedures.
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications and comply with industry regulations.
Requirement
- Gender: Male under 40 years old .

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in printing inks or related chemical manufacturing

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in English communication, including technical reporting and customer support
