Job Description
- Collaborate directly with Brand and Sales teams to develop product samples based on customer requests.
- Work closely with the team to develop trimmings such as hangtags, woven labels, heat transfer labels, and packaging.
- Manage and input all relevant product data into the internal system.
- Review price enquiries and ensure all specifications are complete for suppliers to provide accurate quotations.
- Handle the sampling process: receive requests, issue samples, track sample readiness, and update the system accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure samples are properly approved, quantities are shared, and production is prepared.
- Send the approved sample documents to Customer Service team for Quality Control upon stock arrival
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age; Under 45 year olds
- Graduate from University
- Have 5 years of experience working as a Product Development Specialist, specializing in trims, labels, and packaging in the textile and garment industry.
- Good at English
