Job Description
- Lead the Development team in designing and developing high-performance products.
- Responsible for overseeing material research, process innovation, and ensuring product quality meets industry standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and marketing teams to align development efforts with business goals.
- Manage new project testing, prototyping, and validation through to mass production, while ensuring timelines are met and team coordination is effective.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 40 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 5 years of experience in footwear accessories and outsole products (Insole foam, Thermoplastic Injection)
- Able to read 2D and 3D technical drawings; proficiency in Rhino 3D is a plus
- Good at English
