Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an R&D Team Leader ($1500, ID12805)
- Responsible for managing new products and projects to achieve goals
- Strengthening the power of global employee collaboration
- Research and develop innovative technologies with global members.
- Formulate medium and long-term research and development strategy
- Improve products to meet consumer needs
- Upgrading training for staff
- Set up state-of-the-art testing facilities
- Develop and build relationships with local R&D suppliers
- Perform other duties as requested by superiors
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 30-40 years old
- University graduate or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company
- Have knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, R&D, Investment, Business Administration.
- Fluent in English
