Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a R&D Manager (Furniture, USD 2200, ID 13157):
- Responsible for new product development, creating new prototypes for client projects.
- Planning to synthesize research and create new samples according to the requirements of each project/order.
- Coordinate with sales department to make an overall quotation for products and provide technical documents and user manuals for customers.
- Manage and approve design drawings and technical documents of the department.
- Support the search for new materials and accessories related to the field of interior - exterior.
- Organize technical transfer of products to ensure mass production according to the requirements and schedule of each project.
- Manage new product information on the ERP system from receiving the order until completing the sample product.
- Monitor and adjust the entire new product development process and interact with customers regularly to ensure that the product meets the requirements.
- Responsible for assigning tasks, evaluating and training the department's staff.
Requirement
- Gender: Male Female; Age: 30-45 years old
- Graduated from College or above majoring in engineering, economics or related fields
- At least 3 years of equivalent experience in the field of interior/exterior furniture manufacturing.
- Good computer skills, using 2D/3D CAD specialized design software and ERP project data management software
- Fluent in Chinese or English.
